poop and scoop needs u-turn
we have had the shoppers, save the earth with all the plastic, not only is a poop bag creating plastic waste, its being proven this idea is far from fantastic. i am sure anyone with a dog, collects the waste because of the park and street cop, and then around the corner, accidentally on purpose drop. now there are 2 problems, the poop bag that takes 500 years to bio-degrade, and the poop itself, which comes in variety's of brown shade. we need a new law, and common sense must prevail, providing its not on the foot path, the choice of where they go is up to the tail. all kinds of insects will use, park wildlife comes alive at night, well the flies, so if you see it avoid it, flies-rights applies. i hope i made the reader smile, more importantly i want to show failing is poop and scoop, i say accept child play areas and pavement, everyone must now have sight and ear dog-poo-loop. (hi everyone - has anyone else seen the increase in amount of these bags in parks and in the curb ? dose it not defeat the object in picking it up in the first place? thats why i think things need to be relaxed as its not working anyway - what do you think ?) |

The poop bags as you call them that I use for my dog anyway are not the usual plastic bags that take ages to break down. The ones I use and see most responsible dog owners use too are ones that break down much faster.
How you could really enforce that I don't know, but really all dog owners should use those type of bags for their dog's waste. |

I think criminals should be made to pick up dog poo, without a bag.

Thank you.
We could also get them to do other things, like help the old people, but first they'd have to wash their hands. |
