CAMERON OFF TO CHICAGO!

When asked what he intended to do with his prize money, Cameron always had three priorities in mind: a piano for his local church, a new kitchen for his brother and a holiday for himself...

This morning he achieved one of these goals when he jetted off to the USA to visit some old friends, taking Big Brother pal Gos with him. They set off from Manchester at 10.50am and will be arriving in Chicago at about 1pm US time.

It looks like Cameron might be in need of a break - he's had a busy week since leaving the House!

Already reeling from the news that a female fan had visited Orkney, conceived a child there and was proposing to name him Cameron, earlier this week the shy Scotsman was introduced to the (rather less shy) Cheeky Girls at GMTV.

They seemed delighted to meet him and, slightly bizarrely, made a point of complimenting the 5-foot-something fish merchant on his height.

He seemed thrilled with the accolade, however, remarking happily to the camera, 'Now I feel like the Cheeky Boy.'

Cameron, however, is unlikely to run off with either of the Transylvanian singing sisters. He has various qualities in mind when considering the woman of his dreams, specifically 'a Scottish Demi Moore who cooks like Mum and sings like Eva Cassidy.'

Yesterday Cameron was interviewed in-depth by Heat magazine. But he still had time to do a webchat for us, where he revealed he will also be off to South Africa for their final eviction night. Lucky him!

Meanwhile, fellow finalist Ray is also planning a trip abroad to escape a whirlwind of publicity. He is planning to go to Dublin on Friday, for some more well-deserved - and doubtless hectic - relaxation.

Like Cameron, Ray has not been short of admirers since leaving the House - and it seems that the handsome Irishman has made one or two female fans close to home.

When Ray appeared on RI:SE on Monday, he was visibly moved by the presence of ex-Big Brother winner, presenter Kate Lawler.

'She's a sexy... she's very welcoming', he spluttered incoherently, to the amusement of his fellow housemates in the studio. Kate herself was rather more forthcoming in her appreciation of Ray's charms.

'Ray's wicked. I've invited him round my home this Wednesday for dinner along with the Ticklemeister, feisty Federico, Scott and about 20 of my girlfriends. No other boys - just them. We're going to terrorise 'em!' Kate told E4's Big Brother Diaries.

But before Ray could complete his date with Kate, he found himself comparing notes with ex-housemate Tania at the Big Brother party on Monday night, confessing the next day to Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles that the pair had had 'a bit of a snog'.

Last night at Kate's, when Scott asked who Ray would choose between Kate and Tania, he laughed and simply said they are all 'friends'. Hmm. We've heard that one before.

So will Ray be having any more cheek to cheek encounters in Dublin's fair city? Will either Cameron or Gos be making a song and dance of things in Chicago?

If so, we'll be reporting it right here. Big Brother is still watching...

I wonder if they will show this on the diaries programme.
