On the photos I found of the new house on Google Plus, The stone walled door from CBB9 is still there, the Bedroom looks like it is where the bathroom was, the Eye light for the diary room door is gone, the dining area is outside, there are two pools, the kitchen looks like there is green coloured marble on the walls, the couches look like very posh and L.A. type couches, and there is no plasma screen in the lounge from what I can tell.

To my eye the kitchen looks like where the bathroom was. If by eye light you mean the doorbell, it is still there. It looks like there is an indoor and outdoor dining area. And it is 1 pool and a hot tub.

They've definitely moved a few walls as the living area is larger than last years, but it's not been completely shelled.
