These are the songs that the students will be singing on Wednesday's show:
Alex Baby Now That I've Found You (Alison Krauss) Alistair Wherever You Will Go (The Calling) Barry With A Little Help (Joe Cocker) Carolyn Run to You (Brian Adams) Gary Get What You Give (New Radicals) James Tempted (Squeeze) Lorna Dedicated to the One I Love (The Mamas and The Papas) Louise You're Still The One (Shania Twain) Nick Every Breath You Take (Sting) Paris Superstition (Stevie Wonder) Peter Crazy Little Thing Called Love (Queen) Simone Lovin' You (Minnie Ripperton) Never heard Alistair and Gary's songs before! ![]() I think Louise is a little bit predictable in going for a Shania Twain song - very similar to those she's sung before. So what are your guesses on who will be in the bottom three on Wednesday night? Mines is: Louise, Simone and Nick. ![]() |

I think the bottom 3 will be Louise, Gary and between Nick and Lorna it depends who does the better performance

The Alistair song is the theme from Smallville apparently, though I've never watched it so I wouldn't recognise it.
I thought a few of the performers (eg. Barry and James) that I liked in the first round weren't just as good on Saturday, so it will be interesting to see how they do this time. |

OK, so Gary and Peter changed their songs for tonight, and Barry didn't sing because of his bad throad.
However, I think I still stand by my bottom three prediction of Louise, Simone and Nick. Didn't enjoy Peter's performance either, though - he shouted far too much, and needs to calm down!!! ![]() |

I thought Peter was the worst last night, although he gives a great performance he just shouts all the way through the songs!
I was quite shocked to see Simone and Paris in the final three, i missed their perfomances so don't know how good/bad they were ![]() |

I dislike the teachers being able to rescue their favourite.
I seemed to like those performances that the experts didn't (except for Alex, who continues to impress - a bit 'Everything but the Girl? Thought Alistair, James and Lorna did well too. Do they pick their own songs??? Unusual choices for some, if they do?? Shame there isn't any original songwriting |

Paris had an extremely difficult song. Everybody underestimates the complexity of Stevie Wonder, but I think he pulled it off. They were SO right to save him.
I wouldn't be surprised if they put in the Judges choice after the loss of Ladonna. Scandalous that was. Simone didn't quite do it this week, but again, a very difficult one. I liked Nick, but he deserved to go, but not as much as Mr 'I don't think I deserved to be in the bottom 3 on saturday. I think I was pretty cool' Excuse me? You are a talentless big headed git who is getting through on your eyes and the girlie vote. Couldn't believe the students picked him over Audley |

I only saw a bit of it yesterday. It's not helping people get into if they only have highlights from the Academy on CBBC and not BBC1.
For anyone that's interested David Sneddon is on The Terry and Gaby Show tomorrow at 11:00 am on Channel Five. |
