I am looking forward to the new series as it is now less than 2 weeks away.

I hope that we do not see:
1. The name tags near the housemates- I think after a while we learn the housemates names and we do not need to be reminded of who they are. We are notified of who they are when we are required to vote the one we want evicted or to win.
2. Gimmicks- The Pamela Anderson twist was not well received and I think they should have put her into the CBB8 house as opposed to the BB12 one. It would have been interesting to see how she interacted with Tara Reid.

I like the idea of the auditions show as it was similar to what Channel 4 did prior to Big Brother 9. In the future, there could be the history of Big Brother or Brian's Best Bits or the Big Big Brother Quiz something that wets the appetite of us the fans.

I hope they don't do highlight of the series episodes.. I think I remember 45 minutes of a Saturday night episode telling us about Tashie, Rebeckah, Heaven etc.. weeks after they'd been evicted

I really want housemates from different countries / backgrounds.. think about BB10. They had an amazing set of housemates! Just too bad their house was **** and it was at the end of the C4 run so obviously there'd be few viewers.

But something like BB10s housemates, in this years house, with BB7s twist and BB5s arguments PERFECT SERIES.

Need less dull HMs, BB12 was littered of them which is why I turned off, so bring in more HMs that don't just have pretty faces.

I loved the old editing on highlights because it had a feeling like it was live, like how quiet it was at the beginning of each show before BB woke them up. Now it's all fast foward with songs/music played over. It's horrible how it's made to look like some mini drama. Unfortunately that kind of editing won't be going anywhere, so will just have to get used to it.

I do think it would have gone down that route even it was still on C4 though. BB11 was already starting to go that way with all that slow motion and music during highlights. I was watching a few episodes of BB10 (2009) again recently from my freeview and it's amazing how different Marcus Bentley is even that recent. I used to think people were exaggerating a bit about his over dramatic voice, but the difference between BB10 and BB12 is really disturbing, he's like a different person.
