Default News Corp confirms split as Rupert Murdoch steps back from papers

He is Splitting the groups into 2 sections
Broadcast
and

Which is wise Fox Films

News Corp split not driven by hacking scandal - Murdoch
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/n...l-Murdoch.html
"The split does not distance BSkyB from Mr Murdoch,
but it has the potential to effectively quarantine
the scandal-hit papers from the rest of the group,
paving the way for a renewed bid."
