It has nothing to do with rationality, it has to do with body chemistry. Adults who claim clown phobias have to fake it - they mentally work themselves up to panic mode. Someone with a real phobia gets the instant adrenaline rush as soon a they encounter their fear. She's faking, just like everyone else who claims to fear clowns because it's the trendy thing to do.

Can't stand her. She will make the final though because the other housemates won't be nominating her anytime soon.
