Whether Big Brother chiefs like using the word or not, the fact can't be hidden that conor is a bully. He manipulates other housemates into doing what he does, thinking what he thinks. He targets the housemates that he feels are the weakest, picking on them until they are up every week until they are out. He gathers a gang to target the housemates he dislikes. I have never seen someone be such a bully in the big brother house. He got lydia up with help of his little gang, getting his wish and the removal of her from the big brother house, he is at the moment targeting Deana and he has turned his attention to Becky. He picks on the girls and is basically just a bully. He needs to go this week before he does anymore damage! Conor out now!

You are very wrong, adult bullying is not face to face.. it rarely gets to that level. Elementary, Junior and Highschool bullying is more face to face because at that age agression is the only way to express themselves. However, once they become adults, they are more intellectually equipped and use behind the scenes manipulation.

The following information was pulled from a site that deals with adult bullying (primarily workplace bullying) but it is applied to any situation as the modus operandi generally follow the same pattern:

To a skilled workplace bully, human interaction is all about manipulation. - This is why Conors friends are the emotionally weakest people in there, Arron and Caroline follow him like a god and we all know Caroline is riddled with character flaws and Arron is a good lad but mentally imature.

Lack of respect for others
At the root of these manipulative behaviors is a pervasive lack of respect for others. A manipulative bully holds himself in high esteem, but views others as deeply flawed. He is blind to the serious defects in his character, but keenly aware of the slightest weakness or imperfection in others. He is convinced that most people are inferior to him. - We've seen this alot in this house, specially Caroline complaining about how rude, disgusting, unintelligent, and abusive people are, but she has no clue this is how she is behaving herself, simply does not see it. Caroline is also a bully, she employed some of these tactics to send Victoria and Chris home

Because he doesn’t respect you as an individual, he doesn’t respect your right to make your own choices. From his perspective, “live and let live” has no meaning; either you are with him or against him. If you are with him, he attempts to thoroughly dominate you. And if you are against him, he feels no pangs of conscience as he undermines you.

Exploit negative personality traits
From a manipulative bully’s perspective, people with negative personality traits are ideal targets. He can more easily manipulate people who are greedy, submissive or anxious. Or people who are blindly sacrificing and naively supportive, or perhaps just trying too hard to please others. His cunning and deceit are powerful weapons against the weaknesses of others.

A manipulative bully’s own nature is a study in negative traits. He is shrewd and dominant, the negative version of leadership and strength. He is judgmental, suspicious, demanding and calculating, all negative personality characteristics. Even his outward charm is cold and calculated (just see how fast his temper flares up when you confront his deceptive behaviors). - Conor all the way, look how he reacted to the eviction nominations and watch how he loses his temper in seconds as evident by the Deana rant, the cold slaps and touchng of Scotts face and neck, how he was twirling around the glass of beer the other day... angry

At the same time, he lacks positive personality traits, such as genuine concern for others, a generous and understanding nature, a desire to teach and encourage, a desire to have straightforward dealings with others. He dwells in a very dark place lit only by his own hyper-inflated ego and ambition. - Ego and ambition, all Conor, who thinks he is winning the show and has made plans for the money.

If you stay out of his world of negative personality traits, you will be a much more difficult target for his manipulation. This is why he doesnt socialize with the Outsiders, he cannot manipulate them because they are superior to his abilities. Lauren is the weakest one, but Luke A and Adam support and guide her.

It perfectly answers Deana's question of why they dont tell her things to her face. Simply because she cuts through their lies and calls them out in the open, a bully works best behind the scenes and doesnt want face to face comfrontation for fear that the people they control will see the truth and they would lose their power. This hurt him the most at nominations, the fact that everyone was there to see his shameful moment of being up for eviction. His smoke curtain is falling

Actually some of what is written in all that bully information text above relates more to Deana than Conor.
However, no, I would in no way call her a bully either as I wouldn't and don't think there are any real bullies in the house out of all of them.

He's got anger issues and he's always threatening violence, he flies off the handle at the slightest thing, says he'd punch a woman. Hmm, that sounds like all the traits of a bully to me.

Conor is threatening towards the other housemates. It is a form of bullying as he gathers a group of people and manipulates them to think what he thinks and so forth. And I quote of the Conor rant about Deana: "I would punch her in the face". He is physically intimidating, including when Caroline (whom i dislike) was in the bathroom when they were ganging up on Becky and Deana felt in a difficult position as he ranted about the two, seemed intimidated to believe as he believes. Also with the removal of Conor, Arron will tone down a bit as Ashleigh said: "He is too far up Conor's ass"
