i prefer it to the main show most nights. the house news is usally better than the whole hour before. watch it most nights

You have it the wrong way round . I watch every night and Alice is such a pleasant break from Emma's awful screeching - Channel 5 please take note that it is possible to lower witchy screeching voices and it could be attained quite easily - please give Emma a voice person to help her - and all the rest of us who can't stand that voice - if offends ears !!

Monday-Friday (If on im not on it ) cant stand Alice so dont bother with sat/sunday
