Exclamation Dog attack: Eight people injured in Hastings street

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-18950751

Quote:
Eight people have been treated in hospital after they were attacked by two dogs which escaped into a street in East Sussex.

Three of the victims received serious injuries with bites and scratches to their bodies.

Five others suffered minor injuries during the attack in Marline Road in Hastings at about 21:00 BST on Sunday.

When police arrived one of the dogs had already been restrained. A 22-year-old local man was arrested at the scene.

The second dog was quickly contained by a dog unit with the help of the officers.

'Distressing incident'

Sussex Police said the arrested man was being questioned on suspicion of allowing dogs to be dangerously out of control.

All the injured people were aged between 20 and 50.

It is not known what breed the dogs were, but they were taken into police custody following the attack.
Horrific .....

It was very warm yesterday, I'm guessing they had been outside with no water.
The sooner they bring back dog licences the better.

Do you know why dog licences were stopped and when please, Kizzy. Maybe licences for keeping most animals should be introduced?
