Adam may appear to have not constantly had a go at people that have been out of order, but remember his past and his current outlook in dealing with teenagers with substance misuse issues. He does not seem to base opinions of people on their actions at the time, probably ever-hopeful of their potential to change, just as he has, and gang life and prison suggest a more oppositional past than anything the insiders may have done in the past 10weeks. His rehabilitation and current contribution to society are remarkable and he is quite an inspiration as was demonstrated in his discussion with Conor on the boxes, where instead of "destroying him" as people have said on here, I saw Adam trying to show Conor where he felt his attitude was wrong, admitting to have been that bad when he was younger, and stating that he hoped that with time Conor's attitude would change, as did his.
