So, the Kazakh's are saying that the Borat guy should get a prize!.

One Kazakh is saying that Borat should get a prize, not all of them. Don't generalise. And the Borat movie has increased tourism to Kazakhstan, so it's actually a good thing he's done for them - even though it's in a mocking way it's keeping their economy running.

I think you know how everyone goes on about Borat being racist etc., it's bad as it makes people look down on Kazakhstan....? The person in the article thingy is saying that in fact the film's done Kazakhstan good because people actually know about it and stuff now.

Well, it depends what you believe whether you think it's racist or not. The film highlights the racial differences between Kazakhstan and the Jewish religion. There is history between the two, and the film merely shows opposing views.
