Doubt it's love: chances are it's the typical schoolgirl crush - daft lassie heart ruling head - we've all been there!! Well..the females. On his part..... most probably lust.
But yes: he should know better, he's the adult (and techincally...he'll be classed as a paedophile will be not? I'm not sure?.... )
Still a bad move all round - as for her poor parents; he's not being very responsible there is he - putting them through all this worry and distress.
