There are plenty of properties,
C4 recently did another property scandal programme.
The amount of council homes unoccupied in a state of disrepair, left to rot is disgraceful...
Communities are urged to badger their local authorities on this issue, as you say joe 1000's are classed as homeless now in the UK it's about time central government woke up to this....
