Razorlight's old album "Up All Night" was good, I'm not really into their new sounds though.

The View are definitally the band to watch-out-for for 2007, mark my words.

One of my favourite bands of 2006 were The Ordinary Boys and they were only number 36!

Agreed And perhaps "The Fray" depending if their second single released is a big hit.

The View are overrated...Wasted Little DJ is there only real great song and maybe Superstar Tradesmen but not many more would be huge hits.

Never heard of 'The Fray' but certain bands who will shine next year are 'The Holloways' and 'Larrikin Love', there albums are immense.

Some bands breaking through aswell like SpiderSimpson, Little Man Tate, Pigeon Detectives.. they have the ability to become huge.

2007 will be a great year for indie and rock music.

And the person who said 'Up All Night' was better, i said that at first... i hated the new album for a while and only recently have i started to get into it and i think it is easily better then there last album now. Fall To Pieces is a quality song and America is one of them songs that will be around for decades.

Slightly pees me off with In The Morning though, it's played over and over again at venues. Slightly annoying song now!

The View are overrated Tanser, but it pleases the masses

I agree with you on Little Man Tate, definite potential to become one of "those bands" that make it.
And if I'm being honest, Razorlight get on my wick. I don't like America. It's catchy, but it annoys me, randomly.

Razorlight and Mcfly are in my top two. But Alice Cooper is still the best Rock star ever.

I fear the day when indie music will be mistaken as pop just like rock music has.
Honestly if America is going to be around for decades then may God save us, may God save us all!

There are some good bands on that list...

I think Tanser should be our official music reviewer though, cuz he bums around gigging all the time..

Hahaha, more like god save your fingers typing drivvel!

You have anthems from the past that everyone remembers, and i think in 20 years we'll be looking back and saying the same about America.

My mates, and this is a stone wall example of why it is an anthem, some of them hate indie music with a passion... but even they like it so, its gotta be a good song if people of other genres are taking a liking to it.

So yeah!

Gigging is the way forward, a band isn't great untill you hear it live!

And i don't bum, i simply prod with a pointed stick.
