If you need pork scratchings Boris - I have a very good contact, my local butcher does the best pork scratchings in the world and only 45p for a huge packet. I could probably do a deal for you.

Been Christmas shopping today so need a very large glass of white wine.

BTW how about putting mulled wine on the menu.

Just come back from visiting mother and mother-in-law with a HUGE list of things to get for them if I happen to pop into town. They both know me too well cos they both said "I know you wont mind and you pick such perfect presents". Talk about creeping. Still dont mind as I love spending other people's money.

Be in for a pre-shopping drink later - have got the day off tomorrow so will be doing my daughterly duty then.

Agree totally , Sticks - are you a mayo-free person too???

When I passed through Stansted airport recently, total shock to discover that not one mayo free sarnie was available for purchase in the last store before boarding (Starbuck, I think). A disgrace - all I want is ham/cheese/salad without mayo/mustard/coleslaw etc etc

Sorry .. rant over

red wine please

I love mayonnaise.

One large portion of chips and mayonnaise please plus a pint of lager to wash it down.

Can we also have a selection of different types of mustard please for our sandwiches and snacks. I am a mustard freak, Dijon, French, English, Grain, Horseradish, etc etc. MMMMMM

One thing about Boris's Bar is she never lets us down - with all our food choices - however mad they may seem.

And lets face it if we were all the same how boring it would be. Variety is the spice of life is what I say.

Limps in looking as though gone through a few rounds with Mike Tyson

Excuse the mess, but a couple of skinheads pushed in when the coffee bar was opened and stole the takings from the night before. As it was a slow night last night the takings were not what they were expecting and hence got up set.

One mentioned that this would not have happened if the protection fee had been paid.

Any clues ?

Oh dear Sticks hope you are feeling better.

How dare they! I will arrange for the local criminal fraternity to have a word with this lot and put them straight. We will also arrange for them to be blacklisted with the local solicitors so they wont be defended when they are apprehended.

You do not cross a member of TIBB and get away with it.

That's a new flavour Ice Cream! I'll give it a try though. I might like it and who knows it might take off and you could get in touch with Walls to tell them of your discovery.

But you forget, we run the coffee bar here at Boris's bar in the morning and and afternoon to catch the morning punters before we can serve alcoholic beverages.

I came a J D Weatherspoons that kind of opened early somewhere in Whitley Bay
