This year has shown once again that Simon Cowell tells the public who should win and like sheep they do his bidding.
For the first 6/7 weeks Chris and Jahmene were the public favs and James had been in the bottom 2 twice. The bosses knew that, but we didn't. When it got to the crucial final few weeks, who did they start pushing like hell? JAMES. James who had never even got close to the top and was in the bottom 2 twice. James hadn't a hope in hell of winning until Cowell decided he was the chosen one. Simon posted on Twitter that he wanted James to win; Gary said that apart from his own act (ha!) he wanted James to win; Tulisa started gushing over James as if her job depended on it; nearly every guest on XtraFactor sang James's praises. James was given the best spot - last to perform on both nights. James was given a more current winners song. I was no fan of Chris, far from it, but now I see that they knew he was getting the top votes and they didn't want to risk him winning. I still think he's a dick and not a very nice person and they used that to get rid of him. Jahmene fell from favour at about week 6 and only Louis, who won't have anyone telling him what to do kept championing him. They wanted James, they pushed James, and the public had a total turnaround and obeyed the command of the mind games. The powers that be are truly powerful it seems. Chris and Jahmene were the top 2 for most of the series, until the James push began. It was obvious, and it was brutal in it's intensity. As much as I disliked Chris, and loved Jahmene - those 2 should have then rightly been the final 2. But the sheepy public fell for the hype once again and did what they were told... BAA BAA BAA... |

It happens every year, it's nothing knew, hence why the viewing figures are down because less and less people care for this show anymore.

Yes, most years they indicate to the public who they want to win by fair means or foul, and the majority of the public obey the command. It's the public's own fault that the show is going downhill.

True, but Jahmene would have beaten Chris in the final. Seriously though, no matter who wins they should win entirely on their own merit and not because the judges pushed them down the public's throats.
