I'd have liked 'Sweet Nothing' instead of 'Spectrum', and 'We'll Be Coming Back' ahead of both, Calvin-wise.

Rihanna's crap, Xtina's song will be totally forgotten this time next year, and I've never quite got the buzz about the OMAM song... I do know it's nice though, it just seems like a bit of an Arcade Fire imitation.

We seem to be struggling to mimic last year's Pitchfork "Song of the Year" copycat, though, when we crowned M83's Midnight City the winner (this year's was Grimes' Oblivion)

Of Monsters And Men and Icona Pop have been two of my fave tracks from 2012, but overall I found 2012 to be a really **** year for music in general.

Frank Ocean is very overrated, I don't get the hype with him. A good thing to come out of this is I have now discovered Grimes, so I have that to be thankful of.

Frank bores me, although I didnt hear Pyramid until this thread, the first half sucks but the second half is really good.

As if this is my fault when most of my votes went to songs that the snobs on here like (just to clarify I voted them because I like them and no other reason)
