According to the C4 Forum (See this link) The application forms will be available on the official Big Brother site at the end of the month.
Seeing as last year the applications had to be in by early February this is leaving things a bit late. I was beginning to wonder if, in light of the bad reviews of BB4, they were going to quietly drop the idea of BB5. Maybe they still might.
