[Staff aren't allowed to be unhappy, are encouraged to touch each other and are under surveillance: Pret A Manger workers lift the lid on firm's strict 'Pret behaviour'
Pret staff must 'be charming', 'have presence', and create a 'sense of fun'
Employees should not be 'annoy people' or be 'moody' or 'bad-tempered'
Mystery shoppers visit weekly to ensure 'Pret behaviours' are on show]

I don't understand why it's a story, any employer would tell that to their staff, it's common sense
