Some person on Twitter who claims to have been at the Hollyoaks set reckons that

Brendan dies and Walker goes to prison.
I think Brendan will either kill Seamus or his dad gets sent to prison once the sexual abuse is revealed.
Cheryl will probably leave with Nate after losing the two people she cares about, well being disgusted that her father is a monster and then decides she needs to get away from the village and have some happiness back in her life.
Once again this is only rumours so far and some bits I have added are my theories LOL
