Default Jade\'s Party

Why has Channel 4 edited out Jade's Party
On E4 albeit with no sound a soon as the music started the whole house went crazy they were jumping in the pool fully clothed sliding on the grass, they broke several mics for which they were all warned, and then they were sent to the bedroom to calm down. It was the best bit so far. Is channel 4 becoming the Big brother so that we can only see what they want us too.

I dont think E4 are showing the best bits of the show so far.
What about the Love Train?
And Lees party? (hardly any thing good was shown)
And now Jades which made brill viewing?
They are showing the best bits really.

I'm not quite sure on which channel this less than 30 minutes that we get here has been shown in Britain, but it certainly isn't enough! I'm getting a bit frustrated because I haven't seen anything REALLY funny yet! No Jerry Springer, Love Train, Davina imitation, Lee's party or Jade's party.

I realised last night that I would have wanted to live in Britain at the time and watch BB3 live all day and night. Maybe I'll have to move there next summer to watch BB5... I know many of you don't like BB3 as much as BB2, so I have to ask: How did you cope when Helen and Paul's relationship started? Could you go to work at all? I know I couldn't have!

We have 5 main free TV channels over here that everyone gets Mervi and the half hour programmes were shown each night on one of these, Channel 4.

As well as these we have lots of digital channels that you have to pay for so not everyone has them. Channel 4 have a sister channel called E4 which is one of these pay ones and BB is shown live on there virtually all day.

The E4 'live' coverage actually goes out with a slight time delay so they can cut the sound if they think it is unappropriate and that is what you hear us all complaining about when they do it too often and for not very good reasons.

It sounds as though you only have our Channel 4 shows and they only show editted highlights - you miss a lot without the live shows as well.

Hi Mervi

The other thing that you can pay for is to watch the live stream over the internet. I've never bothered myself, as it would cost a lot on phone calls - I don't have unlimited internet access. It cost about £10 last year for BB4 and it's also editted and going out on a slight time delay, but you might want to look into it for BB5?

I did go to work, but everyone there was talking about it, and some people recorded each day from about 12 noon (wHen they all had just about surfaced from their beds) until they came home, then watched it till they went to bed, then taped it again! Only week 7 and 8 maybe.

The two nights I remembered to tape the live coverage overnight were:

1. The Monday where P&H went to the den and Paul finally gave in and held his arms out to her, and they cuddled for hours.
I was so thrilled when I came home, span through my tape and found that!

2. The Thursday - P&H's last night together - where I left it taping all night and Channel 4 gave them some privacy by showing bloody Elizabeth sleeping instead of the den

Judging by the live streaming of the den that night, there was some pretty HOT stuff going on in there

I went to work early and dashed home early each night.

I was certainly not alone in this sad obsession at the time!

BB3 I had no desire to see anything much more than the 30 mins a day that was shown, and I forgot them (or tried to) the minute it was over.

I didn't see the love train. I saw Jerry Springer - it was OK.

Alex entertained me the most.

Mervi all I can say is dont get it specially for BB4.

As far as H & P were concerned during weeks 7 and 8 they were all that this nation was talking about - schools, offices, shops etc. And people were going round half asleep from all the late night watching.

I remember on Paul's last day one of my colleagues calling in at home after finishing at Court and telling us about their spooning on the bed. Well all work stopped and we grouped round the only computer in the building that had live streaming for the rest of the afternoon. Aaahhhh,

As far as taping is concerned the only things members of this site dont seem to have are the whole of the den night and P & H building the barbecue. Still we live in hope that these tapes will turn up somewhere.

Happy watching
