If he really was raped and it was self defense, I really hope he gets a fair trial.

He seems like a genuine guy, yes he seems to have many other issues, and unfortunately he won't be received well by any jury, but i hope he get's a fair trial.

If he was drugged and raped, and he killed the guy, i think that's fair. If i woke up and realized that i was drugged and raped, I would kill anyone that tried to stop me from leaving too. That's not murder, that's just trying to escape a horrific situation.

If it turns out though that he did drugs voluntarily, and just didn't remember what he did, that's a different story.
