She looked a lot prettier on TV than in those pictures.

I was also surprised how meek and shy she appeared (although I did notice her eyes kept flicking to the monitor to see how she looked).

Her problem is she needs to grow a backbone.

Although 15 minutes into the interview she said "I'm writing a book" and instantly I thought oh, now we're getting the truth behind it all. She wants exposure for her book.

I think her (affected?) accent probably upset a lot of people, too ..... but I liked it, and her, too ..... the "overdressing" may be her way of compensating for a lack of confidence, which wouldn't helped by persistent workplace and social media "bullying" .....
