They are not actually adding this house. It was a joke by Neighbours who had a really (unfunny) Australian comedian pretending to a bloke that had lived at No.34 for all these years... It had some videos on YouTube with the cast pretending to be 'luvvies' & Sophie Ramsay calling Rhys a wanker! There was uproar though & it was all glossed over & the videos removed...
If Steph ever came back for good she could just move into No.26, as she owns it.
