Default Big Bro bosses are plotting to have TWO houses

Story from The Sun Online

BIG Brother bosses are plotting to have TWO houses — so bores will be evicted early.

They are keen to make this year’s show more lively after admitting the last contestants “disappointed”.

The sets of housemates would be filmed simultaneously with viewers voting for the most interesting. They will be whittled down to 12 and eventually moved to one house.

An insider revealed: “The problem is that some contestants who seem fun at the auditions freeze up in the house and make it to the end by keeping a low profile. Having two houses will be like a final audition.”

Last year 34DD livewire Anouska Golebiewski was first out and just 6.6million tuned in to watch Scots bore Cameron Stout triumph in the show hosted by Davina McCall, 36. Ten million saw bubbly Kate Lawler win the year before.

And Channel 4 chiefs admit BB5 in May will be make or break.

They have already sent “nice” hopefuls packing at auditions and are looking for a sexy couple.

The twin-house scam worked in Australia. A BB official said: “We are looking at a number of ideas for the next Big Brother.”

The Sun claimed last year that these were going to be the 12 BB4 housemates:

There were also rumours that
The housemates would have rumours to wear when entering the house and being evicted.
And there would be an attic where four more housemates would live ready to replace anyone in the Big Brother house.

Maybe these are accurate rumours for this year!

They did the two house idea in Australian Big Brother 3. But I thought the idea wasn't thought to be too successful.

I'm not 100% sure but I thought a lot of viewers complained about it????
I like the idea but I cannot see how all housemates will get a chance to show what they are like even by being in different houses!?! surely viewers will favour a certain house???

p.s - I'm still excited

Could be just one of the rumours that always emerge before the show starts. Its another thing that could or could not work - cant tell until its put into action. We shall see
