Which sound the nicest and ugliest to you?

For me, Russian sounds beautiful and also Italian, Japanese and Spanish.

I think German is a pretty harsh and ugly language.

German is horrible, sounds quite sharp and rough

i like Spanish and Japanese is quite cool

Mediterranean languages are sexy, Russian and German quite unemotional, oriental languages have an odd intonation, Nordic languages are I guess annoying to listen to?

i really love the German language sound.. the Scandinavian's are nice too

Don't like French and the arabic sounding languages (trying to make that sound not-racist is quite hard, I just don't like the sound of it)

Irish sounds awful to me but that's probably because I resent being made to learn it for 14 years when no one ever uses it and I have no purpose for it at all.

I like the sound of Italian and Chinese.

I like southern US accents and very posh English accents. the Australian accent is alright. most other accents just sound silly to me. Pretty much anyone who is speaking English as a second language sounds stupid to me. I don't like it. They sound like children.

Oh i just realized we are talking about the actual other languages, not just foreign people speaking english... Other languages just sound like jibberish to me. I don't like them.

I love the Italian accent! I have Italian relatives (nan and her side) and its great listening to them natter, especially when they begin arguing

I also quite like the Australian accent and Welsh.

Im not fond of the high pitch Chinese accents, its really quite irritating. Also the French accent I find quite sleazy and bleurgh.
