See, I can cut down drinking, but there are times I actually love just a couple of glasses of wine and cider. And yeah, don't mention The Apprentice, LOL.

It was making me ill, so I gave it up don't miss it at all.
I do notice more that drink is everywhere now, even on emmerdung farm the other day... in every scene the characters were swilling wine, cain and his lass, val and eric, then there was a scene in the cafe and with 6 characters all drinking...

I noticed that with Eastenders. Every other scene they were "opening a bottle" even in the middle of the day.

But then I just thought if my life was as depressing as these beggars I'd be drinking too.

I want to like red wine, but everyone I have tried tastes like vinegar to me (but my brother tells me you have to spend more than £3 on a bottle ha).

Not a big drinker though and wine would never be my first or even second choice.

That is a good point, you can't get a decent red for less than 8/9 pounds a bottle. I don't drink anything else, don't like spirits or beer.
