do you find yourself waking up with the intention of getting on with some work or doing something useful, but say to yourself...oh I'll just have a quick look at so and so pages on the Internet...you then find yourself getting hooked into the page let's say TIBB, then once that slows down you change to the next let's say Facebook, comment on this and that...then perhaps another site..Twitter...Soundcloud...News...whatever...

by the time you've been through the cycle of each page, the first one has since updated and changed and it's time to start the cycle all over again..? It's rather concerning to me...lol
