Goodness me it is almost a month since 'Boris's Bar' was open for business.
I can see that that 'Duchess' was not to be trusted as bar manager. I have been paying her a handsome sum and what have I had in return......


NOTHING!

She is sacked!

Now I need someone I can trust to take over full time as this 'recovery' business takes it out of a chap somewhat.

Come along now , don't hold back a career change is just the ticket for the start of a 'new life'......Hmmmmm now there's a thought !
