Does this mean that the sale is off, and this won't become another "Cockroach and Celary Stick", a trendy them bar ?
When we heard the rumours the locals disappeared because we were too old for the image the new owners wanted to project, a bit like a certain bar / night club here in Newcastle upon Tyne
