as someone who as been auditioning for bb, the type of person that goes for bb in the first place has a big ego, and during the process the questions on the application form, group discussions, and the type of questions bb asks, gives them a clear idea of the person you are.
bb makes you ruthless because its about survival, you have to be willing to stab someone in the back. |
