I still remember the day this happened really clearly, our parents were notified to make arrangements to collect us all from school early I think it was because no one really knew what was happening.. and I remember my mum crying while watching the parents queuing to see if their children were OK or not on the news.
Very sad day |

My flatmate went to school in Dunblane too, I've passed through it a few times on the bus, it's such a quaint little place, it's odd to connect it with the massacre I've read about so many times. Being the same age as all those boys and girls who were murdered, it's upsetting to think about sometimes. I've met/heard of quite a few survivors of the massacre too since coming to uni, there was one boy who lived in the same halls as me just a couple of buildings away who had been shot several times... :/

It was a great Documentary, his mum gave the Killer a lift in her car and he sat near Andy Murray in the back not long before the massacre happened, he was probably to young to remember any of that but it must be weird for him to know he was that close to him

I knew he was there and I really liked this documentary. I think it showed him in a completely different light.. He got the chance to explain that World Cup comment and show it how it really was. To this day I knew he meant no malice by it.. Bugs me when people say they dislike him for that.
If he wins Wimbledon this year I will be very emotional |

I'm going to watch this tonight. It'll be interesting to watch him talk about the Dunblane shootings as I know he's always been reluctant to talk about it in the past.
Thomas Hamilton ran a few clubs at my high school whilst I was there and a few people I know knew him personally.. I'll always remember that day very clearly. We watched it all at work and every single one of us were in tears at some point. Poor wee Angels
