Was anyone else impressed with Dirks skipping last night?
.. i was well impressed!! .. Esp that double quick stuff.

And he's in his 60's!!!

Yep - he's the oldest one in there, and he's also the fittest (perhaps apart from Shilpa). I do skipping in a circuits class, and it is really difficult.
