Default Memories

I was just thinking about when this site was first set up and for about a year after that, how busy it was and how much we used to talk about BB2 and wonder about Helen and Paul, and indulge in our obsession together.

Its so quiet now, its just not the same, I remember having to wade through so many posts per day, and how upset we all were whenever the server went down.

And the excitement on a tuesday when Heat was out and there was a mention of Helen and Paul! It was so great!

I know what you mean sweetlittlesara.

But I still enjoy visiting this forum to any other BB forum - it's very friendly here!

Let's hope BB5 brings us plenty to talk about.....

I hear that business is so slow that Boris Bar has closed for business. The place is all boarded up with a sign saying sold, subject to contract.

Looks like it is the end for Sticks-Bucks that used to trade inside the bar

This is a sort of in between time of the year post celebrity reality shows and pre BB.

No doubt things will pick up as more info comes round about BB5 and of course when we finally get new of the Wedding of the Year we shall be fighting to get our posts up.

However to my mind this is still the friendliest BB site around.

Sorry but by the 2nd law of thermodynamics and possibly the law of diminishing returns, we will all be saying how much better BB4 was than BB5

Hello again everyone.

I am still around. I just spent a week looking after my grandson in Brum, and I just didn't have an opportunity to get online.

As for the nostalgia corner stuff - I think if I never mention Helen and Paul again you will still know that they are my reality favourites of all time.

I still miss them, and the regular news about them so much. Everyone here falls upon any news of them as if they were nuggets of gold.

However, I think we have to accept that they have taken the private and personal route for their lives, and they may well be all the happier for it. Sad for them, but as long as the flame is still burning for them, I don't mind.

There was a window of opportunity for Helen to become 'big-time' but she didn't take it, for whatever reason, possibly mostly because of her Mr Clarke.

What we are faced with is indeterminable coverage of Jade, Jeff and Bobby on holiday, etc, etc.

So let's just hope that this year's BB is really memorable and someone shines through to take the headlines over.

Anytime that Heat, OK, Hello, Close, Star, Now or whoever want to give us an update on out two is fine by us.

One of these days I am sure we'll be opening up our mags and squealing with excitement to see the wedding of the decade

Sorry ROB

I just can not see it

The alleged wedding this summer is media wishful thinking as Heat have not said a word, and I usually find they are more reliable than the tabloids.

I only posted on TiBB occasionally during BB2, as at the time I was already an active member of the BigBrotherUK forum run by Joe (I didn't feel the need to post regularly on another forum). I'm sure you will remember your arch rivals peg, steve, machiavelli etc all gleefully happy pouring scorn on your beloved Paul and Helen every day. I think Joe got a bit miffed with the anti-Helen and Paul sentinent expressed and eventually peg and steve started up there own forum where we all moved to. The rivalry was quite intense with this forum I recall, and at times I did feel like the enemy within considering I seemed to be the only one sticking up for Paul and Helen, which also had its plus points where I enjoyed winding them as much as possible Those were the days.

During BB3 I found peg's website and it had about 5 threads! It seemed everyone eloped.
