So I'm confused... Do they just randomly pick some keys when they've earned the shot of unlocking the padlocks? And if they're lucky and unlock one they get to watch some 'secret' video?

Basically big brother gives them a question and he also annouced how much keys they would get if they buzzed and answered the question first. But the risk is like dexter suffered - deres 100 keys and 3 padlocks so not all of the keys work.
