LOL, there isnt such thing as last in hollywood when somthing still makes millions of dollars. It mad the most out of all the x-men films.

Im happy that there making a fourth, but it will be more like
"X-men:a new begining" or somthing, there are still hundreds of charaters they havent used from the comics yet.If anyone watched/watches the cartoons, they will know Gambit.

Id like to see it go on like "James bond" as a francise

SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T SEEN X-MEN 3

Been a while since I seen it but doesn't Xavier die in it? Hard to imagine the X-Men without Xavier and hard to imagine an X-Men movie being any good without the excellent Patrick Stewart.

I don't think they even left it open for him to return like they did with Jean Grey at the end of X-Men 2.

I've generally liked the X-Men movies, but they should get Singer back to direct if they are going to do another one.

After the credits it showed Prof X Still alive

and the x-men survived many years without xavier in the comics.

im not sure about singer anymore tho after seeing the rubbish that superman was,i want joss whedon to direct

LOL, I don't think I watched up to after the credits!!

I knew the comics had gone on without Xavier (mate of mine is crazy into the comics, I was always more of a Dredd and 2000AD fan) but Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen made the X-Men movies for me and I'd hate to see one without them. Still, if the Prof is still alive, then happy days!!

And yes, Whedon would be an acceptable alternative to Singer. I just wish Whedon was busy making a second season of Firefly but that aint gonna happen.

If they are gonna make a fourth, then I'd like to see Gambit in it. And I wanna see some Sentinels!! (although the Sentinels did make a brief appearance at the start of The Last Stand, but we need more!!!)

Haven't heard of a few of them (Dazzler and Mr sinister). But definately Psylocke and Emma Frost, they are two hotties from the Mavel universe!!

Keep Kelsey Grammer as Beast, thought that was great casting!
