Id definitely say she has OCD about her appearance, shes obsessed with how she looks and therefore applying make-up has become a compulsion, almost as soon as she wakes up.

I dont think she has BDD just anxiety on how she looks.

She does seem very insecure about her appearance which is a shame.. I remember Sallie saying in one of the arguments that they had, something along the lines of, 'you have the worst skin I have ever seen' which can only make her insecurities worse
