Okay... Missy Elliott is the sticking point here again, but I'm going to say it because I can't think of anything else... the name of the bands are derived from the proper names of members, or a member, of the band.

Yeah, I looked at sound tracks. The Smurfs apparently covered Dancing Queen and Mmmbop... couldn't quite see them covering Missy Elliott... although I kind of wish they would.

While they aren't exactly 100 BPM, they are all close enough to 100 BPM that they are effective aids to performing CPR. I believe Work It is 107 BPM, Mmmmbop is 103 BPM, Dancing Queen is 101 BPM and Stayin Alive is 104 BPM. All four songs are on the suggested list of songs to use as an aid, very well done for a point there.
