Can't really comment on the greats like Seinfeld and Frasier since I haven't really seen them. There are so many I've been meaning to watch properly, a lot I have just seen odd episodes of, but top 5 would be:
1) Modern Family 2) 30 Rock 3) Scrubs 4) Will & Grace 5) My Name Is Earl Saw a couple of episodes of Community so might start watching that at some point
