MM I very much doubt it but lets wait and see. It's all on film, even the prelude which was conveniently edited out for the main show. Then the video vanished from youtube? BB got something to hide or cover themselves for? I think so.

Both parties committed assaults. One of Hazel's would probably be classed as indecent assault, which is normally considered serious and (possibly) more serious than a threatened, but not carried out, head butt. We shall see. I expect neither party will press charges and it will all be quietly dropped. |

Hazel was genuinly play fighting with a man unil then she trusted. Pants pulling is probably one of the most done thing in play fights. True they were on TV and drunk and a slip of the memory about cameras made it an offensive thing to do in front of the public. But remember it can only be offensive to the public if the TV station chooses to broadcast and not censor it. If the public have been offended CH5 is to blame....... |

![]() It does not matter about the intent (playfight or whatever). Technical assaults were committed by both parties. Hazel kicked out at Daley, pressed a pillow over his face and pulled his pants down. 3 assaults. Daley slapped her bum and held her down with a threat to headbutt her. 2 assaults. Both parties have put themselves at risk of prosecution. However, in the circumstances, it is likely the police would only recommend a prosecution to the CPS if one of the parties formally complained. But that would risk the other party also complaining. They could both end up in court on assault charges but it is extremely unlikely. |
