Agree 100%, they both were just leering at both of the ladies in a really casual way;as if they were watching a sport or something. And to excuse it by saying "boys will be boys"-I've always thought that phrase was basically saying that, because they're male they can do what they want because it's "to be expected" of them.

No doubt both Charlie and (especially) Hazel will get lots of abuse from (mainly women) about how they "knew they were being watched" and were "lapping it up", followed by "sl**s" "sl*gs", etc.
