In any case - last time I checked, styles of editing were not a criminal offence, and in the case of her contract and how she would have agreed that edited highlights would be shown, she almost certainly has no recourse to civil law either unless she was ale to approve content before broadcast.

If she wants to go down that route - I hope she has a big shovel because she's gonna need a big hole to crawl into when it os booted out of court.

Interesting discussion. Many good point made on both sides. I'll stick in my two pen 'orth.

I don't hate these people who make their money with their celebrity status and nothing else, but once they blow it, they should have to do alot of grovelling to get it back.

I think Danielle is making a big mistake going down this road. It implies that she feels she was stitched up. It's a sympathy tactic. Personally, I'm a lot more sympathetic to her simply bacause of her interview with Davina. It's a mistake that will backfire.

I cant really decide, if she doesnt feel like she bullied Shilpa, she is obviuosly going to find out how it all way edited and find out how she was portrayed, co-operating with the police shows that she wants to be sure that she was not missunderstood, and shows she wants to solve the situation properly.
