It will never be Gina/Dex/Sophie as Sophie will align herself back with the twins as she floats towards and aligns herself with whoever she feels has the most power and will take her through to the final.

Dexter will suss out that Hazel is not as hated by the public as they all thought and will try to distance himself from the Gina/Hazel situation just to save his own arse.
