Jokes are jokes but real racism is something else. When you have been on the receiving end of actual racial abuse - you know the difference, whatever your creed or colour.

The phrase "Uncle Tom" has also become an epithet for a person who is slavish and excessively subservient to perceived authority figures, particularly a black person who behaves in a subservient manner to white people; or any person perceived to be a participant in the oppression of their own group

Are you seriously calling me an Uncle Tom because i said i don't mind jokes about my own race?

Are you saying that everyone who laughs at a racial joke about their own race is an Uncle Tom?

Or do you just limit your judgment to black people?
