It's always better VTS... however, it MIGHT just be for Celebrity. Basically they're just going with what will make more money: the celeb version tends to have more people with strong "supporters" who will vote heavily to save / win. The civilian version, as we saw this year, brings out the worst in people... no one bothers voting to save, they're foaming at the mouth waiting to GET [blah] OUT!!!11!1!!! though.
