Lauren has attempted suicide twice already, so BB should intervene.

The passing of any medication without the authority to do so, is technically illegal.

This is only a guess, but maybe Sophie is the one who told Lauren off for passing out tablets, Vicky said that BB should have told her (Lauren) off. Then apparently Lauren was encouraged by Carol to have a go at Sophie and that Video has now been removed!
