I buy a lot of singles from iTunes and then if I really like it I'll go and buy the album... I used to illegally download but I try not to now, I've realised that it's important to buy music legally; not even from any moral point of view or anything, it's purely because illegal downloads are killing the music industry and that's why it's in such a crap state, because barely anyone makes money out of it, so enterprising DJs make their own beats, get a guest vocalist to appear on it and they cut out heaps of middle men and try and salvage what little money they can from it. All the money's in touring anyway. If you illegally download music that you love, you're ruining that person's career (and many other people's careers) because they're not getting any money to make more music, and the label takes that as a sign that nobody cares...
