I don't think its a hanging offence not flushing the toilet, a quite word in her ear would have done the trick.

In fairness it was only Mario in the room, and someone being sick is a totally different thing to someone not flushing the loo (how many times is someone likely to throw up), who knows how many times Lauren has done this and maybe the quiet word in the ear hasn't worked. I don't see the big deal really, Carol has nominated her for being unhygienic so its likely its not the first time.
