Well, no offense, but your response was to... not send in answers and put the team at a disadvantage just to 'punish' people for not putting in effort that is up to your standards? I don't recall anyone else doing that in any of the other tasks so far... Sure there are people who haven't been as active as others, but nobody has been inactive...

Like I said back a few pages, I understand people have actual busy lives, that is fine, but when I see people online for hours and hours, who come into the thread and then do not do anything, not even post and then spend hours and hours online still is what pisses me off.

Perhaps they don't want attention drawn to them. As I said, I get that you're pissed off but everybody's participated in every task so far, going off the top of my head, so it's not like there are people who point blank don't engage with the game but are unfairly still here...

Well, what's done is done, I never actually intended to fail this task, I was going to send in answers after work tonight as I thought the deadline was tomorrow as Marc was away.

thats such a selfish thing to say, those of us that have busy lives or those of us that have been unable to spend hours on tasks due to other reasons and have actually taken part in this game (pretty much everyone) and are enjoying it but not taking part in it as much as you'd like being made to feel like they won't be an acceptable winner.. Lets just hope you win then ey.

Have to stick my beak in here and say I do understand where Ben is coming from. He's been tactful enough not to name any names, neither will I - there are players who've been online (more than one) a lot in various other threads and not engaging with tasks at all.

Granted, one of them may very be the mole? But again, it's not just one.

I'd personally feel very aggrieved if I were executed before anyone who isn't the Mole who has done bugger all, I'd get over it - it's just a game but it's annoying.

If we fail this task then it'll probably be cos I've cocked it up somehow - but then if I hadn't took charge it would never have got done tbqh so if we pass then yay me! Read back, I repeatedly asked for help, or for people to tell me what they'd sent etc with next to no response. Very frustrating guys

It was the type of task we had to be on like a rash from the word Go, and the majority were nowhere in sight.

I could make a very good case for 5 possible moles here

That is what makes it interesting though, yay for people not being hands on.

It's a game, maybe I'm not competitive enough for forum games but I don't quite understand what everyone is getting so worked up over. All the tasks have completed, people have done what they need to. The ones who have been the most active (I'm including myself in that) have wanted to be and got the job done. If I don't win then that's that as far as I'm concerned, I had fun and know I gave it my all. If someone who hasn't been that active wins then fair play to them, they've done what they needed in the aim if the game. It's taking part that counts to me.
